You’ll be taught and supported by experienced certified Health Coaches, completing each session with clarity on key principles and your own practical, achievable plan for how to:

  • Reset from stress and restore a quiet mind for everyday calm

  • Eat for all-day energy with zero cravings or crashes 

  • Choose daily movement for fun, fitness and friendship

  • Sleep like your younger self again

Each week is a combination of engaging learning and personal application. In the first 30 minutes of each session you'll gain new insights into WHAT directly impacts your health and WHY it's important - not dry theory or all the stuff you've heard before.  In the second 30 minutes you’ll be guided through HOW to apply this in your own life by defining small, sustainable shifts that align with your priorities.

This is not someone telling you what to do or putting you under pressure to reach some idea of perfection; instead it's about enabling you to start making informed choices from a place of clarity. You'll come away from each session with a plan that makes sense for you, and support that actually helps you move forwards.

Doing this preparation is entirely optional, but we think you'll find it helpful.

Take time to ponder, as the benefit comes in the contemplating more than the completing!

This process will enable you to start thinking in more detail about different areas of your own health and wellbeing, raising your awareness of the current challenges that you face and the priorities that you want to address. Throughout the course you'll draw on different aspects of this information to enable you to better understand how to support your own body and mind for optimum health, and the many options for practical steps you can start to take.

What we're seeking is gradual, sustainable, meaningful change unattainable perfection!

This form is anonymous and you won't ever be asked to share your responses. We use the data to track the overall progress of our programme participants before, after and 3-6 months beyond the programme start date.
